Ordered on Thursday morning, and the banner was already printed and shipped by lunchtime; my order arrived next day around noon. The quality of the banner is good and the people I had a call with prior to ordering to confirm that next day delivery would indeed be possible were friendly and helpful

One of the most helpful and professional companies that i have had the pleasure dealing with. I had to write a review to highlight these great people . Nothing was too difficult, they went above and beyond for me and my small order , my art work was bad and they redone one simular free of charge to help me out. Their customer service manager again went above and beyond to locate my delivery that a courier company (NOT HFE) had left in a different property and was on the phone to me very quickly . This sort of help is unheard of and i just wanted to thank the whole team . Great people ! unbeleivable prices ! They are now in my book and will have repeat orders from me and my new shop. Thank you HFE.

Dead happy! One of the samples I sent was in too low a resolution, they did their best with what they had and did a great job. We'll definitely use this company again for future requirements. Good communication and well worth a recommendation.
