Pretty poor response when raising issue about defect
Ordered a few banners in behalf of my sons football team, most part fine however last one there was an issue with one of the eyelets, response I got back from Jamie when I raised it wasn’t particularly great effectively said it had passed quality control and implied I had somehow managed to do it (no idea how I can re-eyelet it, when I went back to say this, I just got a response saying thanks for email. Not the best will just go elsewhere in future and claim back on credit card for the club for the defective one

Excellent Customer Service
Graphic Designer Chris Eccles was magnificent in helping us achieve what we required. Very helpful in every part of the design. The only reason i have not given 5 stars is due to DHL. Will definitely approach HFE Signs again.

The service was easy to use and super quick! We chose the 3 day service and the banners still arrived a day earlier than predicted. Both designs look beautiful and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I will definitely look to use HFE again!
