Great Service, excellent quality, superb value!
I've recently ordered full colour banners and 20"" x 30"" posters. My banners arrived the very next day and were not only fantastic quality but I saved about 20% against all the other quotes I'd had. My posters took a bit longer to arrive but once again were brilliantly printed on good stock. Adding for the delivery charge my saving wasn't as good but I'm very pleased with the quality and the service....it's excellent!
Easy to order and reliable delivery
I was forwarded a link by a colleague, and ordered a banner to publicise an event. I thought it would be difficult, but it could not have been easier. I typed in what I wanted on the banner, asked to be sent the proof, paid by credit card, and within a very short time I was sent an email showing what it would look like. It arrived exactly when I was told that it would. The only problems I have had were at my end - getting someone to put it up on the top of our building, and getting the organisation to reimburse me for my expenditure! If only Redbourn parish council was as efficient as HFE Signs!

My first order with this company was done online. My initial artwork was of too low resolution for a sign to be made, but prompt response and help from [Name] quickly addressed the problem. The product arrived the next day and I am very pleased with the result. I will be placing another order very soon. Many thanks.

I am very satisfied about this company's service. From day one that I contacted them I received nothing but friendly assistance to all my questions and requests. I particularly would like to highlight the name of [Name], a lady with outsanding communication and customer service skills; there was not one single question that she left unanswered. I remember making small amendments to my design, and every time, she showed no attitude or any sign of annoyance to my requests, instead, I received a friendly, corteous, professional, and straight-to-the point service. About 5 working days after paying for my order, I recived my sign very nicely packaged, and by a courier company that kept me updated from the moment of collection. Overall, an excellent service. I will definitely use them again.

Exceptional service from start to finish
100% satisfied with our purchase. We uploaded our own design which we were then sent a proof for to confirm before printing. Have to say the print quality and turn-around time was fantastic. Would happily use this service again!
