Great product, great customer service
We decided to get a couple of banners for our sports clubs. After looking around online we chose HFE. Ordering the right size of banner with the options we wanted was quite easy via their website. We did not use the online design service, because it did not seem to offer the tools we wanted, so we did our own designs in Paint Shop Pro and sent them off in jpeg form. HFE could not open the files (we had used the wrong encoding option), so we sent them again in standard encoding. HFE came straight back and said that they needed to be higher resolution to make a good quality banner. They asked us for 150 dpi, so we did that. One banner had a raster graphic logo that did not scale up well. They asked us if we had a higher resolution image, but unfortunately we did not, so we sent them another version without the logo. In each case HFE responded to us without delay. They produced our banners to the final designs and we really did receive them the next day. We were very pleased with the quality and finish of the banners, as we had been with the customer service. The lettering was crisp, without jagged edges or anti-aliasing, colours were accurate and the banners appeared strong and durable. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a banner.

The service from the company's staff in sorting out the details and artwork has been extremely helpful and the banner arrived quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is only my second time I have designed & purchased a banner from HFE and once again I am very pleased with the service and result. In particular the service given by their Beth Smith was brilliant. The 10% discount to returning & loyal customers was very much appreciated. The rapid delivery service was also very impressive. It even was 40 mins early!

We needed a banner at very short notice. I was able to design our own on their website and place the order easily. I received an email with a proof to view and after confirming the order my banner was delivered ...... all within two days. Excellent service and very pleased with the product as well.
