Brilliant!
I have been a customer of HFE for a number of years and in my opinion they are second to none for their all round service. It is refreshing to know that as a customer I can put my trust and confidence knowing I will be given first class customer support. I certainly can recommend HFE to anyone who is looking for a company that deals in signs, banners and flags.

Responded quickly to request for Swinger 3000 replacement panel, very helpful and patient changing proofs and expediently produced and delivered.

I made a late order and made a mistake with it. I called the office and the problem was resolved quickly. The banner arrived on time and is extremely well-designed and well-made. I will use HFE Signs again without a doubt.

Superb
The hfs team are very professional. My order was picked up by Beth Smith. She was extremely helpful and helped me adjust my artwork so that it was in higher resolution and looked perfect. She was very quick and efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. I was very happy with the final products and delivery was speedy, too. I would definitely use their services again.
Surprisingly good!
I uploaded a school banner to be made up - but once HFE received it they noticed my submitted design was full of errors and the outcome would have been blurred and unclear. HFE couldn't do enough for me! One of their graphic designers, Beth, took the case and redesigned the banner to a much higher specification - but keeping to the integrity of the design. They were swift, professional and creative. I stumbled on HFE - but based on my experience, they will be our school's sole contact for our banners. Thanks Beth, Really impressive service.
End product was good , had problems with online designer
Shame as I only live 5 miles away that I couldn't pick poster up but had to pay £12 postage. Very disappointed with that
