Have purchased many banners in the past from HFE. Never been disappointed. Free design service is very useful for those who lack creative ability in this area. Staff always helpful and obliging.

Value for money and speed of service is absolutely astounding. I have no idea how they provide such a cheap, fast and efficient service We've used HFE a few times now and sometimes the printwork lacks quality. However the materials are always spot on, so for a banner we don't really care and won't use anyone else. If I needed fine detail on a banner I would shop elsewhere.

I placed my order on Thursday and was told I would receive it Friday. It never turned up then got told I’d receive it Saturday and again I was lied too. I clearly told your colleague numerous times I need them for work as I had a big game the Saturday. I paid in advance for the banners and never received them which meant I couldn’t trade as I was covering a trailer with it. Which meant I lost taking in excess of £2.000.. No return call since.. I won’t be using your company or recommending them as you clearly don’t do as you say!!! Jamie was dealing with my issues and I’ve not had no correspondence! I’d like to say that HFE signs addressed the problem I incurred and as a result with good gesture they replaced a few banners I had issues with along with new banner I needed free of charge.. I’d like to say this was well appreciated and I retract my first statement regards HFE.

The artwork I provided wasn't great when it was enlarged; they spotted this and sent an alternative design straight away to make sure my order could still be processed the same day! They're excellent value for money; we took advantage of their amazing 3 for 2 offer on some 8ft banners - the quality is fantastic, turn around unbeatable and price unbelievable! Awesome company. Excellent service Really happy with the signs Delivery company not good products were left outside in wet and windy conditions and no contact was made despite details been given. They were also 24 hours late
