This is an edited review. Original sign l ordered had air bubbles in so l had to peel back vinyl and reapply to metal sign. Left a negative review regarding this and company as got back to me an offered to send out a new sign which is a kind gesture. As l'm not one for waste we agreed l'd see how the sign holds up against the weather elements. Lady on the phone was nice and polite and was willing to do whatever it takes to resolve the issue with the sign but as l had kind of fixed the problem myself she still offered a small credit on my account for my next order as a goodwill gesture. She said my feedback would be passed on to quality control so hopefully it won't happen again for this type of sign. All other banners/signs l have had in the past have been top quality. Moral of the story and a message to myself..... Always contact the company first before writing a honest review as this company as proved to me that they were willing to go the extra mile to resolve the issue l had in a time efficient manner. I will continue to use this company for signs/banners as customer satisfaction means a great deal to them which is all you want as a paying customer. *****
