Helpful, efficient service
I used this company for the first time and I have found their service very helpful and efficient. I changed my mind on the banner a couple of times and they just proofed it again for me until it was perfect for how I wanted the layout. I will be using them again.

Wrong Colour
We ordered a xmas opening hours banner for our store and were sent a proof copy for us to agree. When the banners arrived they were a totally different shade of red than on the proof. In fact a rusty brown colour not red at all. We complained and to our satisfaction it was agreed that two replacements were to be sent. Unfortunately the replacements were not too dissimilar from the two originals. Can't quite understand how something so basic went wrong.

I required banners at short notice. The team at HFE delivered design and the banners within 48 hrs. Fantastic.
Brilliant product, easy - peasy ordering!
I was really impressed with how easy it was to order, pay for and receive our brilliant banner to promote a concert. It was clearly printed, substantially made to withstand winter weather and very reasonably priced. It arrived within less than 48 hours , too!
